LOW DEPOSIT
This agreement is valid for bookings made from valid from 1st April 2026 - 30th April 2026.
The agent will collect a low deposit from the customer.
TUI UK & I will collect the low deposit amount from the Agent at the time of booking.
Full balance of deposit will then be collected by the Agent no later than 8 weeks after the booking date.
TUI UK & I will collect the remaining deposit amount from the agent 8 weeks after booking.
Any defaulted bookings where payment has not been collected, please cancel the booking on or before the due date of the 2nd deposit payment.
Please advise TUI UK & I via email ([email protected]) no later than 11 weeks after booking date (3 weeks after deposit top up collection).
Summer 2026 deposit defaulters will be cancelled down to: £60pp** (Short & Mid-haul TUI),£125pp** (Long Haul TUI), £125pp (Short & Mid-haul Morella), £60pp (TUI River Cruise) £150 (Short & Mid-haul Family Deposit) or £300 (Long Haul Family Deposit). **This is the full deposit amount for this season, as no deposit top up is needed.
Winter 2026 deposit defaulters will be cancelled down to: £75pp (Short & Mid-haul TUI), £125pp (Long Haul TUI), £125pp (Short & Mid-haul Morella), £175pp (Long Haul Morella), £60pp (TUI River Cruise) £180 (Short & Mid-haul Family Deposit) or £300 (Long Haul Family Deposit)
Summer 2027 deposit defaulters will be cancelled down to: £75pp (Short & Mid-haul TUI),£125pp (Long Haul TUI), £125pp (Short & Mid-haul Morella), £60pp (TUI River Cruise) £180 (Short & Mid-haul Family Deposit) or £300 (Long Haul Family Deposit).
This agreement is valid for all TUI and Morella Cruises & TUI River Cruises package bookings only.
3PF packages can be eligible for the low deposits scheme however each 3rd party airline varies, so the deposits can differ. This can be checked on the summary page on hybris by expanding the box. Failure to collect the correct amount at the time of booking could result in a financial loss. 3PF packages are NOT eligible for the Family Low Deposit.
This agreement is valid for a maximum of 1% combined defaulted bookings on TUI, First Choice and Morella Cruises made in the period. Any defaulted bookings exceeding this limit will be subject to normal cancellation charges.
TUI UK & Ireland reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
The low deposit agreement is not applicable for any bookings where full balance is due within 12 weeks of the booking date.
Low deposits are only applicable when complete bookings are cancelled and not when one passenger cancels.
The low deposit agreement also includes Lakes and Mountains.
All group bookings of 10+ passengers are excluded from the low deposit scheme.
For bookings of 7-9 people, a per person low deposit must be charged.
Any booking amended on a low deposit must collect remainder of deposit and admin fees at the time of amendment.
Low deposits are applicable if TUI Flex is included at the time of booking, however TUI Flex is payable at booking stage.
Family Low Deposit is based on a min of 3 passengers and a maximum of 6 passengers including l child (child aged 2 -15 years).
