Looking after you every step of the way

  • Experienced cruise directors and concierges are fully briefed on the latest information to ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • They will be working closely with their local partners who will continuously provide them with the most up-to-date information

Welcome aboard

  • Your embarkation will be arranged with respect for social distancing & a mandatory health screening is required for all customers and crew before boarding
  • The crew will clean your luggage prior to being taken on board
  • All on-board charges will be paid using contactless methods, and you can pay with a one-off card payment at the end of the cruise
  • When docked, access to the ship is only possible with your key card

 

For your peace of mind

  • A sophisticated state-of-the-art climate control system draws in fresh air and doesn't recirculate the air between cabins or public areas
  • A mandatory touch free temperature check is required for all customers and crew daily
  • Seating in ship restaurants and public areas will allow for social distancing
  • Hand sanitising stations are located throughout the ship including your cabin
  • You may be required to cover your face when moving from one area of the ship to another and during shore excursions

 

Riviera Lounge

At your service

  • A la carte dining is now being offered in the restaurant served by the friendly crew
  • Dining in the restaurant is currently with reserved seating, with dining arrangements being reviewed and relaxed as thingsmove forward
  • There will be a full waiter service in the bar and lounge meaning that the crew will be on hand to offer you complimentary water, tea, coffee and snacksThis service will be reviewed regularly in the hopes to reintroduce hot drinks stations

 

Space for you to explore ashore on our fascinating excursions

  • To respect local social distancing regulations, group sizes and local guide to customer ratio for all excursions will be adjusted accordingly
  • Coaches will be scrupulously cleaned before each excursion and personal audio commentary boxes will be sanitised before each cruise

 

A gleaming fleet of ships

  • Deep cleaning and ventilation of all cabins, suites and public areas will occur between cruises
  • Public areas and touch points will be cleaned and disinfected throughout the day
  • Restaurants will be cleaned and disinfected between meal times
  • Shared facilities such as bicycles, will be cleaned and disinfected after each use
  • All goods are disinfected prior to being brought onboard

 

Caring for the crew

  • Observation of a period of quarantine and the requirement of a medical certificate or test prior to the start of all crew contracts
  • Daily temperature checks and ongoing health screenings for all crew members
  • Crew will be required to wear face coverings where necessary
  • Observation of social distancing on board and within crew accommodation
